ENJOY YOUR CHRISTMAS BREAK COMING UP!
STRONG 3 WEEKS OF WINTER CONDITIONING, RESULTS ARE KICKING IN AND NOW IT'S TIME TO KEEP IT GOING!!
Throughout the next couple of days, into the weekend workouts will be posted, strength is already up for you to download. My goal is to start adding in videos for everyone to see if you have questions on a certain exercise/movement to do.
Same will be coming with your conditioning options if you're not a fan of running outside. I will focus on everything from outside running, treadmill, indoor bike, use of your own body weight so you have every option of conditioning and no reason not to stay on top of your hard work you put forward these past 3 weeks!
